Our affordable lower level area guest room is roughly 750 square feet and can accommodate 50 guests. This room is attached to a kitchen area (approx. 120 square feet) Includes a regular size stove, regular size fridge and 20+ feet of counter space.  This hall makes for a great temporary business location. You’ll also find everything you need to do business and then relax with access to beverages at the adjoining bar area.  Decorated in subtle shades of grey with brown accents.

This room is also used for family events, business meetings and more.
